Trends in Family Child Care Home Licensing Requirements for 2020: Brief #2
This brief describes licensing requirements for family child care homes in 2020 and identifies trends from previous years of data collection. The data in this brief were collected from state child care licensing regulations by the National Center on Early Childhood Quality Assurance from regulations that were current as of December 31, 2020. The findings provide evidence that states are making positive changes in their family child care home licensing requirements to protect the health and safety of children.
