Tips for Completing a Narrow Cost Analysis

Facilitated by the National Center on Early Childhood Quality Assurance in collaboration with the National Center on Subsidy Innovation and Accountability and P5 Fiscal Strategies, this webinar gave participants an opportunity to learn how to use available data and the Provider Cost of Quality Calculator (PCQC) to conduct a narrow cost analysis. It also explored how Maryland used information from the narrow cost analysis to inform rates and discussed considerations for how the PCQC can help inform payment rates and other financial supports for providers.
