Session 1: Balancing Technical Assistance and Enforcement as Part of a Strong Licensing Foundation

The National Center on Early Childhood Quality Assurance (NCECQA) Professional Development Series is designed exclusively for state and territory licensing staff to hear from guest speakers who are subject matter experts on key topics. This first session, in a series of three, was held on November 18, 2021.
