The Office of Child Care’s Tribal Technical Assistance Initiative on the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Child Care Stabilization Grants

On Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. ET, the Office of Child Care (OCC) introduced a new technical assistance (TA) initiative to support Tribal Lead Agencies in implementing the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act Child Care Stabilization Grants. OCC’s Tribal Child Care Capacity Building Center (TCBC) provided an overview of the multifaceted approach that applies to all Tribal Lead Agencies. During this webinar, TCBC provided additional information about the upcoming TA activities and supports for Tribal Lead Agencies:

  • National and regional “Office Hours” will be held during which participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and to receive guidance on implementing the ARP Act Child Care Stabilization Grants.
  • Intensive TA efforts specifically focused on the needs of each individual grantee will enable Tribal Lead Agencies to share innovative practices in implementing the ARP Act Child Care Stabilization Grants with other Tribal Lead Agencies and to engage in other peer-to-peer learning and sharing opportunities.
