NCASE Publications Collection 2015-2020

In the past five years, NCASE has developed a wide collection of publications supporting the goal to ensure school-age children in families of low income have increased access to quality afterschool and summer learning experiences that contribute to their overall development and academic achievement. The following comprehensive list of these resources—including briefs, tipsheets, and toolkits— is organized into topics that are vital in the field of school-age child care: social and emotional learning (SEL) and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), family engagement, access and funding, summer, professional development, and quality. Note that some publications are listed in more than one topic as appropriate, with the most recent publications listed first.
