FY 2020 Program Integrity Webinar #2: Assessing Program Risk and Identifying Fraud in CCDF
The webinar provided information on the benefits of program integrity strategies, including a discussion of specific state examples from Sections 8.1.3 (identifying risk) and 8.1.4 (identifying fraud) of the 2019-2021 State Plan submissions. In addition, North Carolina’s Lead Agency presented information on their monitoring efforts with child care provider billing records and their programmatic eligibility processes.
