FY 2020 Program Integrity Webinar #1: An Introduction to CCDF Program Integrity

This webinar covered the fundamentals of program integrity and an overview of what program integrity is in CCDF, why it’s important, and the benefits of increasing program integrity strategies in the child care program. Specific topics presented and discussed included:

Regulations and State Plan data related to fraud, internal controls, and eligibility requirements.  CCDF fiscal requirements including availability of funds, audits, and financial reporting. A high-level overview of error rate reporting and program integrity resources available for Lead Agencies. Colorado’s Lead Agency shared their quality assurance and technical assistance process, and Wisconsin presented their targeted case review process.
