FY 2019 Program Integrity Webinar #4: So You’ve Completed Your Fraud Investigation … Now What?
This program integrity webinar shared CCDF Lead Agency strategies related to appeals, hearings, recovery and sanctions. In addition to the NCSIA presentation, two states presented on the webinar; Utah shared their appeals and recovery strategies, while Alaska presented on their fraud claims process and recovery of improper payments. Several states participated in the open discussions surrounding appeals, recovery, intentional program violations (IPV) and fraud definitions.
