Early Childhood Systems of Care: A Conceptual Model and Overview of Implementation in Select States

This brief from the PDG B-5 TA Center presents a conceptual model for understanding early childhood systems of care and discusses opportunities and challenges for local, state, and federal program leaders to make strategic investments that support a continuum of care. We highlight work done by several PDG B-5 Grantees in the areas of mental health promotion, prevention, and treatment for infants, toddlers, young children, and their families.
