 Communicate with parents/ providers using multiple, accessible delivery systems and in multiple languages;

 ensure messages include unique information on infant/toddler health & safety, responsive and individualized care, social & behavioral health, and indicators of high-quality care;

 ensure there is information on service eligibility and access, service integration, family support, and developmental screening.
