Hiring Older Adults in Afterschool Programs

This webinar is designed to raise understanding and awareness of the impact of hiring older adults as one strategy to diversify staff and help with the workforce shortage. The panelists reviewed the benefits of an age-diverse staff, provided three program examples from CA, and provided tips on recruiting, training, and utilizing older workers.
