The Office of Child Care (OCC) developed this collection of materials to support Lead Agencies' development of their Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Plans. The CCDF Plan is a key public document that describes how a Lead Agency will operate its program to meet CCDF regulatory requirements, and it is essential to OCC's oversight of CCDF implementation.
The resources can be used on a national, regional, and Lead Agency level by OCC staff, Lead Agencies, and—if applicable—technical assistance staff. For more information, or for assistance in using any of the tools, please contact your Regional Office.
