Your consumer education website is a powerful tool for communicating important information to families, providers, and other stakeholders. This webinar series will explore how you can enhance your existing child care search tool to ensure it meets the needs of families and providers, cover how to incorporate website enhancements to communicate to families and providers during emergencies, and discuss how to develop a communications strategy for your consumer education efforts. Each webinar in the series will explore new resources and will offer insights from professionals who help develop and provide technical assistance (TA) to enhance consumer education websites and who provide strategic communications TA.
