Error Rate Review Training

The error rate review is a process Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Lead Agency staff use for measuring eligibility errors and improper payments in their programs. They do so by reviewing case records and reporting error measures, causes, and plans to reduce errors. The following training materials can help new Lead Agency staff become familiar with error rate review.
