Communications Management Center

The Child Care Communications Management Center (CMC) coordinates logistical and communication services on behalf of the Office of Child Care. CMC provides onsite technical assistance at Office of Child Care central office and regional office meetings and events, such as the annual State and Territory Administrators Meeting. CMC also provides ongoing support for the development and distribution of Office of Child Care technical assistance tools and materials, including interactive CD-ROMs, reports, and brochures.

Additionally, CMC assists with the planning and coordination of technical assistance delivery by regional program managers, state systems specialists, and other Early Childhood Training and Technical Assistance System partners via Web-based technology, conference calls, exhibits, videoconferences, and onsite training and technical assistance.
