Child Care Meeting Management Center
The Child Care Meeting Management Center (CMC) manages and coordinates Office of Child Care (OCC)-supported Central Office and Regional Office in-person meetings and other events, providing premeeting, onsite, and postmeeting support and performing numerous tasks for these events. We also manage and coordinate various tasks involved with OCC-supported webinars and other virtual events. In addition, CMC hosts in-person and virtual meetings and other events on behalf of the Office of Early Childhood Development as requested.
CMC develops, maintains, and updates event websites and registration web pages; creates, edits, posts, and disseminates meeting materials; creates graphic art materials for OCC events; helps ensure that websites, web-posted documents, and PowerPoint slides are 508-compliant; and assists with the planning and coordination of technical assistance (TA) delivery by OCC staff members, Regional Program Managers, State Systems Specialists, and Child Care Technical Assistance Network partner personnel via web-based technology, conference calls, videoconferences, and onsite training and TA efforts.
