CCDF funds must be expended in accordance with the CCDBG Act of 2014, the implementing regulations at 45 CFR Parts 98 and 99, and the approved state CCDF Plan. For this reason, ACF encourages CCDF Administrators to communicate with their counterparts filing the CCDF financial reports to confirm expenditures being reported are consistent with what the Lead Agency describes in the CCDF Plan.
