2019 Consumer Education Website Webinar Series
The Consumer Education Hot Topic Webinar Series was designed to raise awareness about important topics, provide relevant resources, and inspire continued conversation, topic exploration, and further action forward enhancing states and territories' consumer education websites.
The webinars were held monthly, April through December of 2019, with 30-minute "Ask Me Anything" webinars featuring SCBC user experience and technical assistance experts two weeks later to answer participants' questions.

Posting Aggregate Data and Inspection Reports
This webinar provides an overview of CCDF requirements related to posting serious incident data and inspection reports. It shares best practices for posting this information in a way that facilitates understanding and presents other approaches for enhancing consumer education websites to support these requirements.
This thirty-minute follow-up to the national webinar answered questions that states and territories raised in the webinar. Participants submitted questions prior to the Ask Me Anything session and the experts prepared and shared responses.

It was prepared in response to questions posed by webinar participants who attended the April 11, 2019, webinar "Posting Serious Incident and Child Care Inspection Reports."

Participants learned about different resources to help ensure their consumer education website is accessible to all families.
